She provides both strategic and tactical HR solutions, and is recognized for providing win-win opportunities with a customized HR approach to each individual business.
She has her master’s in Human Resources Development from George Washington University, her PHR and SHRM-CP certification. She is also a Certified People Advisor with Gusto.

Kristina has over 10 years of bookkeeping experience focused on the construction and real estate industries. She is a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University.
